CCC holidays

In addition to Caltech's regularly scheduled holidays, we will be closed for two other days for staff development. We will be closed on the following days in 2011-2012:

  • September 5, 2011 : Labor Day
  • November 24-25, 2011: Thanksgiving
  • December 24, 2011 - Jan. 2, 2012 : Christmas-New Year's holiday
  • January 16, 2012 : Martin Luther King Day
  • February 20, 2012 : Presidents' Day
  • February 23-24, 2011 : Staff Development Days
  • May 28, 2012 : Memorial Day
  • July 4, 2012 : Independence Day
  • September 3, 2012 : Labor Day

Saturday work day schedule

Parents may earn work hours by participating in any of these, regardless of their child's room assignment. By default these are all 9am-12pm.

Parent education meetings

All parent education meetings take place 12PM-1PM, typically in the conference room. Parents may earn work hours by participating in any of these, regardless of their child's room assignment.

Parents are welcome to attend any and all of these presentations. All meetings are held in the Avery Library from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM unless stated otherwise.
