Problem Resolutions

Depending on your concerns or problems, there are many avenues to take to resolve them. It is better to tackle them quickly and head-on, rather than to let them fester. Here is an online list of suggested persons to talk to according to your various issues.

Tuition

The Children's Center at Caltech offers on-line tuition payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, DinersClub, JCB). Please note: As of May 2005, for each tuition payment, a $25 electronic convenience fee will be added automatically to your total.

The 2007/2008 contract form is now available online in PDF and Word forms and in the CCC office. Included are the new tuition fees, which became effective on October 1st, 2007.

Late Fees

Closing time is 5:30. There is a 15 minute grace period until 5:45. if you pick up your child after this time, there will be a late free of $10:00; for any portion of the first five minutes,and $2.00 per minute thereafter. This fee is to be paid directly to the teacher on duty.

Board of Trustees

Board of Trustees meetings are held on the third Monday of each month in Moore Lab, room 239 and begin at 7 pm.

All parents are encouraged to attend the regular Board meetings and committee meetings. Mark your calendars and come join us.
